When strackt is unavailable

The strackt dashboard can occasionally be unavailable even though your servers and the sites running on them are still online. If this happens, strackt shows a short unavailable message instead of leaving you waiting for a connection.

Your running sites keep serving traffic. While the dashboard is unavailable you may not be able to start or follow a deploy. When it is back, check your application and start any deploy you were waiting for.

For updates, follow the Status link on the sign-in pages or on the unavailable page. It appears there once the status page is live.

If the status page shows normal service but you still cannot use the dashboard, wait a moment and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with the time you saw it and what you were trying to do.
